About Dirtman Sprinklers

Dan and I started Dirtman Sprinklers 17 years ago while both working full time jobs. After a year of working nights and weekends to get the company off the ground, Dan took a leap of faith and quit his job to operate Dirtman Sprinklers full time. Two years later, our little company, along with our family, had grown. Taking another huge leap of faith, I quit my job to focus solely on Dirtman Sprinklers and our children. For the first 10 years, we operated our business out of our home because we couldn't afford an office. However, after years of buying and selling real estate on the side, we finally felt like we could take the plunge and purchase our first office. It was a real fixer-upper but we spent our off season doing just that. A few years later, we needed more shop space, so we sold that property and purchased the one we're in now (another fixer-upper)! Although owning our own business requires putting in more hours than we ever imagined, it also allows us the flexibility to put our family first. We feel very blessed and we are incredibly grateful for all the wonderful and loyal clients who have helped us achieve success! - Tiffany Burgad
The Crew
Our employees are great! Most seasonal business have huge employee turnover, but we're extremely fortunate to have an experienced crew that returns year after year. All of our employees have been with us for at least two years, some for up to eight years! We try to keep things fun, while still expecting a hard day's work and a professional attitude. Many clients over the years have complimented us on what a great crew we have!
